Before Treatment 

• Avoid injectables: fillers 8 weeks, botox 3 weeks before receiving Face Sculpting w/ Buccal Massage

• No prescription retinol use 3 days before

• No chemical or physical exfoliation the day before

Please be mindful if you’re not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19. Last minute cancellations are accepted. Thank you.

*No-Show Protection Policy* A deposit of $104.00  is required upon booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance can be settled in one of two ways:

- Payments made via credit or debit card will incur a 4% transaction fee based on the full service price, which is already included in the prices displayed on our website.

- For payments made through Venmo, Zelle, or Cash, no transaction fee will apply, and you will receive a discount equivalent to the 4% fee on the online price.​

If you need to cancel an appointment we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $100 of the full appointment value. Appointment Confirmation Emails and Texts are sent 48+ hours in advance of your appointment as a courtesy. Thai Serenity Spa, facial massage. Is not responsible for unconfirmed, missed appointments.
